The International Summer School for Teens (ISSFT) is proud to announce an exciting new chapter in its journey: beginning in summer 2026, ISSFT’s Scottish programme will move from its current home in Stirling to the world-renowned University of St Andrews.

This strategic relocation reflects ISSFT’s continued commitment to providing students with the most enriching and inspiring learning environments. Building on the success of over a decade at our Stirling campus, the move to St Andrews marks a natural evolution—offering even greater academic prestige, enhanced facilities, and a vibrant coastal setting steeped in history and culture.

“We are incredibly proud of all we’ve achieved at Stirling, and we’re grateful to have shared so many wonderful summers there,” said Carey-Jean Rowe, Director of ISSFT. “As we look to the future, St Andrews offers an extraordinary opportunity to elevate our programme and to give students access to one of the most iconic university settings in the world.”

Students attending ISSFT at St Andrews will live in traditional university accommodation, study in the institution’s historic academic buildings, and enjoy access to its outstanding new sports complex. Outside the classroom, they will explore the charming town of St Andrews—famous for its medieval architecture, beautiful beaches, and safe, walkable streets.

Running alongside ISSFT’s highly sought-after Oxford University programme, the new St Andrews location further establishes ISSFT as a leading provider of transformational summer experiences for teenagers from around the globe.
