It all started when Bieber decided to spend a few days in Scotland, mixing golf swings with seaside strolls. He was spotted at the Castle Course in St Andrews (in true Scottish fashion, battling the wind), before heading into town to enjoy some good old fish & chips — and yes, apparently, he sang his order to the staff.
